DESCRIPTION: This subaward supported the training of undergrads, grad students, and faculty in the use of global climate models, as part of a larger joint UCR/JPL project to produce an innovative curriculum centered on data collections and Earth system models available from NASA and NASA data center web pages.

OUTCOMES: Undergrads, grad students, and faculty in the Dept of Earth Sciences were trained in the use of EdGCM, with the goal of enabling students to use EdGCM for their own projects, as well as to introduce climate modeling materials into the department's curriculum.
