DESCRIPTION: This project aims to develop a statistically based inference and modeling system for the conditional simulation of floods given climate attributes.

OUTCOMES: A stochastic modeling strategy for a comprehensive risk assessment with uncertainty estimation and the capacity to simulate risk under changing climate conditions, preserve spatial correlation for portfolio risk analysis
