Michael Holland—Chairman

Michael leads the NY office's Energy and Industrial sectors, and the Family Business and Family Foundations offering. He is an expert in corporate communications, corporate social responsibility, sustainability, executive positioning, and crisis and issues management. The programs and campaigns that he has led have won nearly 100 awards since 2004.  At Edelman, Michael has worked with a broad range of clients including Bombardier, Chesapeake Energy, Chevron, ITT, GE, the Robin Hood Foundation and the UN Global Compact.

Prior to returning to Edelman, Michael was Director, Honeywell Hometown Solutions, where he led Honeywell's corporate social responsibility and humanitarian relief efforts across the Dow 30 company's four business units and 115,000 employees in more than 100 countries.  While at Honeywell, Michael also served as Manager, External Relations and Executive Communications and was part of the team that refreshed of the Honeywell brand during its turnaround after the failed merger with GE.

For his work, he was named the 2006 Communications Executive of the Year by the American Business Awards and the 2005 Community Relations Executive of the Year by PRNews.

Michael began his career with the American Chamber of Commerce (UK) where he managed the Chamber's efforts to support the Irish Peace Process following the IRA's ceasefire.

Michael is a dual citizen of the United States and the Republic of Ireland. He holds an MA from King's College of the University of London and a BA from Boston College. Michael is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce, Chair of the Leadership Council at the Earth Institute at Columbia University and a Board Member of Mission Blue, the Sylvia Earle Alliance.


Jessica Aldridge

Jessica Aldridge is a Vice President at New York Green Bank (“NY Green Bank”). NY Green Bank is a $1B state-sponsored investment fund dedicated to overcoming current obstacles in clean energy financing markets and increasing overall capital availability through various forms of financial support such as credit enhancement, project aggregation, and securitization. In her role with NY Green Bank, Jessica supports the origination, evaluation, and execution of scalable clean energy project investments across New York State.

Prior to joining NY Green Bank, Jessica served in the Office of the Secretary at the U.S. Department of Energy, where she helped develop finance and securitization policies to support growth in clean technology adoption. Jessica also worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) to identify efficiency projects worth over $1 million in annual energy savings. Previously, Jessica worked in investment monitoring and reporting at Citi Private Equity, a business unit of Citigroup that managed over $10 billion of private equity co-investment, fund of fund, and mezzanine products. Jessica also has experience in single stock and portfolio trading, structured derivatives, and institutional sales in equities at UBS Investment Bank.

Jessica holds a BA in Economics from Columbia University, an MBA with a concentration in Strategy & Finance and an MEM in Energy & the Environment from Yale University.

JD Capuano is the co-founder of Closed Loop Advisors, a boutique sustainability management consultancy. JD is a sustainability strategist. He approaches his work by applying a nuanced understanding of business to integrate sustainability with an organization's larger objectives. JD works with his colleagues to figure out ways for their clients to save money, improve efficiency, reduce risk and enhance brand value. He excels at developing the right sustainability roadmap for each client. In addition to his strategic work, JD's expertise extends to big data, life cycle assessment (LCA), marketing science and deep-dive analytics.

JD is an Adjunct Professor at the Bard College's MBA in Sustainability program. He holds an M.S. in Sustainability Management from Columbia University and a dual B.A. in Business Administration and Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Pittsburgh.

Ali Hartman

Ali Hartman is a Principal at KKR managing the firm's growing work on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) issues across its portfolio of investments. Ali also leads ESG-related communications and stakeholder engagement for the firm. Prior to joining KKR in 2011, Ali worked at Coca-Cola in the Public Affairs department, where she oversaw a range of social and environmental issues in North America and Europe. Before Coca-Cola, Ali studied worker rights at the International Labor Organization (ILO) in Paris and completed fieldwork in child labor issues at the Working Boys Center in Quito, Ecuador. Ali holds a B.A. from Columbia College at Columbia University and completed her M.A. in International Affairs at L'Institut d'Études Politiques de Paris (Sciences Po).

Manolis Saridakis

Manolis is a senior relationship manager for the US Bank's National Corporate Northeast Division.  He is responsible for large corporate client relationships in the New York and Boston markets.  Manolis has over fourteen years of experience in the banking industry, where prior to his current role, he was with the Global Client Management group at The Bank of New York. His roles at the Bank of New York included Associate, Client Service Representative, Country Manager for the Greek market and Client Executive.

In his current and past roles, Manolis engaged in active dialog with senior level management in order to deliver strategic solutions that propel client efficiencies while advising them on capital raising, risk management and process improvements. He's dedicated to ensuring that his clients receive quality service and has overall accountability for cross-selling a comprehensive suite of products that are fitted to their strategy. In addition, Manolis works closely with senior executives in his organization to deliver global solutions.

Manolis earned his B.S. in Business from Dowling College, his MBA in Finance from Dowling College and his Masters in International Banking and Finance from School of International and Public Affairs, Columbia University. He resides in Bronxville with his wife and their two children. He is an associate board member for the American Classical Orchestra and is an active volunteer at God's Love We Deliver and Junior Achievement.
